How Do We Do It?
First, we start with DOT (Department of Transportation) approved high
impact plastic that has excellent optical clarity and superb uncoated
hard surface integrity. We have found these windshields to be clearer
than the factory installed ones.
Second, using our patented process, we laser engrave
the design you choose into
the windshield. This is a slow process that may take up to an hour for
a single design. Our high quality engravers ensure that the details in
each design show up on your shield.
Third, we install small LED's (light emitting diodes) along the
bottom of the windshield or along the support bracket depending on your particular bike.
LED's are rated for over 1 million hours of life - that equates to well over
a 100 years of constant use.
Finally, after a simple installation process that can be
performed by you or a mechanic, a quick flip of the switch activates the lights and illuminates the windshield
and the design. There is no other product like this on earth!
